1. Please send us a clear picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.
   
2. Email the photo(s) to contact@thehandmadeheaven.com along with your order details.
   
3. Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process promptly.
   

Exchange or Refund

1. We will try our best to provide you with the same product as a replacement.
   
2. If the same product is not in stock, or for any reason we are unable to send a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
